  • With the intention of continuously improving quality, we have formed 18 QCG in our organization.
  • We are motivating all our employees and giving them effective training on various subjects, like:

  • Our QCGs have so far done 360 small improvements and 1000 DIR (Do it right) for the NCs in process
  • We have clearly defined what is small improvement and how to do it right for the NCs in the QCGs.
  • DTI motivates its employees by giving Awards for the Best improvements and QCG Performanace.
